Naby signed for Town on 11th September 2020 on a two year deal after his deal at Charlton Athletic expired. He spent 5 years at 'The Valley' after joining the London based team from Sporting CP in 2015 for a £1.8 million fee. Sarr started in career at Paris Saint-Germain before moving to Lyon's academy. While at Lyon, Sarr played 3 games in the Europa League and 2 games in Ligue 1. He made 4 Appearances in the Champions League and 8 in Liga Nos before making the move to South England. In 2014, Naby moved to Sporting CP. At Charlton, Naby played over 100 times, securing two promotions from League One with the Addicks.
