Joining Town at u8 level, Josh has played all the way through the age groups. He signed his first 'Pro' deal in 2019 which runs until the end of 2021.
Josh made two unused sub appearances in December 2019 but had to wait 9 more months for his debut which was a late Cameo in the First Round Carabao Cup loss to Rochdale. He then went on to make his first start in the 3-2 FA Cup defeat to Plymouth.
His current deal runs to the end of the 2024 season which he signed in October 2020.
